Payment Policy

• A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment or full payment, as applicable.

• Confirmation vouchers and travel documents will be issued after successful payment verification.

• Advance payment may be required to secure reservations for hotels, transportation, flights, and tour packages.

• Full payment must be completed before the commencement of the tour unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Failure to make payments within the specified deadline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.​

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

• Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in fuel charges, taxes, government regulations, supplier costs, or currency exchange rates.

• Any additional charges arising after booking shall be communicated to the customer before confirmation.

• Payments can be made through Bank Transfer, UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, or other approved payment methods.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate payment details during transactions.
