Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through the official communication channel of Destynex Travel.

Cancellation charges will be applicable based on the date of cancellation and supplier policies.

Standard Cancellation Charges

More than 30 days before departure: 10% of package cost.

15–30 days before departure: 25% of package cost.

7–14 days before departure: 50% of package cost.

Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of package cost.
Specific packages may have different cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
Non-Cancellable Services
